Our eyes are an important part of our body . Most people rely on their eye to see and make sense of the world around them. But some eye diseases can lead to vision loss,  so it is important to identify and treat eye diseases as early as possible.

Common eye problems include blurred vision,  blind spots. Blurred vision refers to the loss of sharpness of vision and not being able to see small details.

Our eye sight is one of our most important senses 80% of what we perceive comes through our sense of sight. By protecting our eyes,  you will reduce the odds of blindness and vision loss while also staying on top of any developing eye developing eye diseases such as cataracts and glaucoma.

Everyone needs to have their eyesight tested to check for vision and eye problems. We should have eyes taste time to time. Care should be taken according to medical consultation.

Salmon, tuna , other oily fish.

Eggs, nuts, beans, and other nonmeat protein sources.

Oranges and other citrus fruits or juices.

    We should wash our eyes with clean water 4 to 5 times in a day. We should not watch mobile and television for long time. These points are useful for eyecare.
